2. Our Services

Perth Prestige Chauffeur provides professional chauffeur and private transport services throughout Perth and surrounding regions in Western Australia.

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.

3. Bookings

3.1 Booking Confirmation

A booking is confirmed only once you receive confirmation from us via email, SMS, or direct communication.

3.2 Information Accuracy

Customers must provide accurate details including:

* Pickup location
* Drop-off location
* Date and time
* Passenger details
* Contact information

We are not responsible for delays or issues arising from incorrect information provided at the time of booking.

4. Pricing & Payment

4.1 Pricing

All prices are quoted in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.

Prices may vary depending on:

* Distance
* Vehicle type
* Waiting time
* Special requirements

4.2 Payment

Payment may be required in advance or at the time of service. We reserve the right to refuse service if payment arrangements are not completed.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

5.1 Cancellation by Customer

Cancellation policies will be provided at the time of booking. Late cancellations and no-shows may incur a cancellation fee.

5.2 Cancellation by Us

We reserve the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances including but not limited to vehicle breakdown, extreme weather, or safety concerns. In such cases, a refund or alternative arrangement will be offered.

6. Waiting Time

Complimentary waiting time may apply depending on the service type (e.g., airport transfers).

Additional waiting time beyond the included period may be charged at our standard hourly rate.

7. Airport Transfers

For airport pickups:

* We monitor flight arrival times where flight details are provided.
* If flight details are not supplied, we are not responsible for missed pickups.

Additional waiting charges may apply if passengers are significantly delayed beyond reasonable time allowances.

8. Passenger Conduct

Passengers must:

* Wear seatbelts at all times
* Behave respectfully towards the chauffeur
* Avoid unlawful or unsafe conduct

We reserve the right to terminate a journey without refund if a passenger behaves in a threatening, abusive, or unsafe manner.

9. Damage & Cleaning Fees

Passengers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during their journey.

Excessive cleaning, spills, or damage may result in additional charges.

Smoking and illegal substances are strictly prohibited in all vehicles.

10. Luggage

Passengers are responsible for ensuring their luggage is suitable for the selected vehicle.

We are not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings left in the vehicle.

11. Delays & Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to:

* Traffic congestion
* Road closures
* Accidents
* Weather conditions
* Government restrictions

While we take reasonable steps to ensure punctual service, travel times cannot be guaranteed.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Perth Prestige Chauffeur is not liable for:

* Indirect or consequential loss
* Missed flights, meetings, or events due to unforeseen delays
* Loss of personal items

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

13. Website Use

All content on this website, including text, logos, and images, is the property of Perth Prestige Chauffeur and must not be copied or reproduced without permission.

You agree not to misuse the website or attempt unauthorised access.

14. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

15. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Western Australia.
